Getting started with baby massage

After a few years of delivering baby massage and baby reflexology classes, courses and workshops, I’ve put together a short guide to help you to get started.

This is a simple introduction and talks you through three of my favourite techniques. There is no requirement to join my mailing list or give any details. Although you are most welcome, if you’d like to do this there is a link at the bottom of the page.

I really struggled in the early weeks and months and feel really passionately about supporting women to have a better start. Baby massage is one of the ways I do this. I run a class every month (ish) and this is focused on mothers and babies who are experiencing colic or reflux but is open to everyone. You will be made very welcome.

I have a post on baby massage for sleep which you might find useful too. You can read that here. If you’d like to join a live class you can find out about the next one here.
