Giving mothers space to reflect on what they need.

The guidance to unlock their intuition. And the knowledge to feel healthy and radiant.

Hi! I’m Hannah. A holistic coach for mothers and mothers-to-be. As well as a former architectural designer, Mancunian, passionate reflexologist, keen gardener and mum of two.

I wear many hats, but I’m sure you’re just the same. These days, my work empowers mothers to do parenting their way, so they don’t lose themselves in the process.

You’ll learn how to listen to your intuition and use that to guide (and fulfill) your needs. All so you can find deep confidence, knowing and trust in yourself.

My mission is to change how mothers feel about themselves.

That they feel enough, feel that they are deeply, truly worthy.

Right now, exactly as they are.

It is time for you to stop looking outside for yourself for the answer. It’s time for you to stop putting other people’s needs before your own. It’s time to stop ignoring your body, pushing past your limitations, ignoring your needs, your feelings and your emotions.

You are enough, you deserve peace, rest, joy and love. I’d love you to know that you have nothing to prove, to anyone. It’s time to explore how you would like to live your life on your terms.

This is the place where you are given the space to discover how you want to feel as you move through the many transitions of motherhood.

Let’s unlock your intuition and your confidence. So you can do motherhood, your way.

My Story…

Pull up a chair and let’s dive in.

The journey from managing multi-million pound construction projects to traditional healing practices…

After studying Architecture I spent just over a decade working in construction. I had a successful career, leading multi-million pound projects with big teams. I loved my work, dedicated myself to it and delivered amazing projects.

I received fantastic leadership training and I was fascinated by the research around high performance. Learning about mastering your mindset and the power of how we think.

I saw the impact of high stress levels on myself and my team.

More and more I wanted to understand what makes us feel really good, perform at our best and have the energy to cope with a demanding role.

Many training courses, podcasts, books, documentaries, training plans, therapy sessions later…

I found myself enrolling on a year-long programme to learn more about reflexology, acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine in my (not-so) spare time.

Birth, motherhood and some very hard personal lessons…

Meanwhile, I was taking time out to have my first child. A desperately wanted pregnancy.

We spent lot of energy planning for the birth and those early weeks and months. Using everything I had learnt and experienced to date. Read all the hypnobirthing books, went on the courses, practised pregnancy yoga, learnt about aromatherapy and had an engaged and supportive birth partner.

Still, it didn’t go to plan.

It was a difficult and traumatic labour. Followed by a breastfeeding journey that was frustrating and difficult. My daughter was extremely unsettled and we didn’t get much (any) sleep for a few months. We both really, really struggled…

Fortunately, I had all my research and training to support me. Over time and with a lot of support from other therapists and disciplines I started to feel a lot better. Started to actually enjoy being a parent.

Motherhood is beautiful but it can also demand things from us that we don’t have to give.

The expectation that we will serenely and calmly drop into this new role, while still achieving everything we were before is ridiculous. Of course it is. Yet why do so many of us carry this burden so heavily?

It is a time in life where we need to make sure we are strong and getting our needs met, so we can then care for our child(ren).

So if we need to be strong, confident, resilient parents, why is it so hard for us to give ourselves the time and money to really take care of ourselves?

Using my personal and professional experience to build a place where mothers are cared for and celebrated…

I decided I wanted to do something, a service for women who were struggling. Who weren’t feeling confident and strong. Who were full of anxiety and self-doubt. Whose self-worth had disappeared at birth.

So I did.

While my daughter was still very small, I left my profession and set up a private reflexology practice in Manchester.

Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of people. Helping them to listen to themselves, their body, their needs. Bringing more calm, a sense of feeling grounded and connected.

I’ve done this in a private therapy setting, in corporate workshops, through building and delivering courses.

I worked with Master Practitioner Hypnotherapist Siân Quipp to develop a new birth course. One that used the best hypnotherapy techniques with some more powerful techniques in case mindset and breathing aren’t strong enough.

I’ve listened to my clients, worked hard to understand what is making the difference for them. What brings them the best results, in the shortest amount of time

I have sought for constant improvement professionally and have continued to train, develop and research all the best techniques.

I’ve added to my reflexology, acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine training with training in Reiki, Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Women’s Health and Wellbeing. Most recently I became a Certified Coach.

The changes we experience as mothers and how to best support us continues to be something I am oh so passionate about.
How we manage that ebb and flow of change while still feeling really anchored and connected to ourselves.
